Application : This suitcase walk tester is to test any luggage, baggage, suitcase or stroller, trolley which attach with road wheel, to test the material, abrasion and damage deformation of wheel, and the test results can be a reference to improve road wheel.The tester is simulating walking of luggage subject to abrasion and vibration from ground, check quality of travelling wheel, axle, wheel stand, draw bar and the main box.The testing result can be preference to improve the products.The luggage is carried specific load.Start the wheel roller walking tester. The roller will rotate, and conflict and impact with travelling wheel of luggage, create shock vibration and abrasion.

Maintenance Methods:
The bearing and sprocket should be maintained regularly with oil and butter, and the chain should be oiled once every 1000 km.
1. Intermediate inspection: check whether the wheels are damaged regularly every 30 minutes during the test. If they are damaged, stop immediately; otherwise, the wheel frame will scratch the belt.
2. Belt adjustment: the belt should not be adjusted too tight to avoid overloading the motor current;The maximum current is within 6A.
3. Failure notice: please inform the original factory to deal with the problem.
